2022 Magic Gaming x Bud Light Draft Eligibility Tournament
Think you got what it takes to make the League? Here’s your shot to prove it.
Magic Gaming & Bud Light are excited to announce the Bud Light Draft Eligilibilty Tournament! As part of this tournament, two (2) draft eligibility tournaments for PS5 and Xbox Series S/X will begin on Monday, Oct. 24th with the Finals taking place Friday, Oct. 28th. $0 entry fee, must be 21+ years old to participate.
Important Dates and Times:
- October 10th: Sign-ups for both tournaments open at 1:00 PM EST.
- October 20th: Sign-ups for both tournaments close at 11:59 PM EST.
- October 21st: PS5 + Xbox Series S/X brackets announced.
- October 24th: Tournament gameplay begins.
- October 28th: PS5 + Xbox Series S/X Finals begin, tournament concludes.
Basic Tournament Overview:
- All entrants must adhere to the rules and guidelines of the tournament.
- All tournament entrants must be above 21+ years old.
- 32 team slots will be allotted per console* (Subject to change).
- $0 team registration fee.
- All rounds prior to the finals will be best-of-1, the semi-finals and finals for each console will then be best-of-3.
- Each round must be completed by 2 AM EST each day, with no exceptions. Each round has a 24-hour hard stop to keep the tournament moving.
- If the game isn’t able to be completed, admins will review all proof and will decide to forfeit one team or to coin toss the game.
- All teams are responsible for joining the Magic Gaming Discord, following Magic Gaming and BudLightGaming on Twitter.
- All games must be streamed on Twitch. Proof will be provided in the discord and each winning team will be responsible for posting a screenshot showing their win.
